Every Aluna piece is carefully packed and shipped within 2 working days from the Netherlands via DHL.
Netherlands
- DHL —usually delivered the next working day.
- Rate —flat rate, free on orders over €120.
- Processing —shipped within 2 working days.
European Union
Shipped via DHL, typically delivered in 3–5 working days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on country and weight.
Worldwide
We ship worldwide via DHL. Delivery in 5–10 working days. Rates calculated at checkout. Any import duties or taxes outside the EU are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
- 30 days —you may return your piece within 30 days of receipt.
- Condition —unused, undamaged pieces only, in original packaging.
- Return shipping —is paid by the customer.
- Custom —custom-designed pieces are final sale.
